On the rare occasions where a product isn’t the right fit, we will accept returns or make an exchange as long as the item is returned in the original packaging within 30 days of its delivery.


How Do I Make A Return?

If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps.

  1. Call us on 770-931-0606 or email us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please have your order number on hand when you make this call or include it in your email.

  2. Please repack the item(s) in the original manufacturer’s packaging and box and don’t forgot to include remotes, other accessories and paperwork. It is a good idea to always KEEP YOUR BOXES UNTIL YOU KNOW YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE so if you do need to return anything you can repackage it in the same way it was sent to you. If you don’t have the original packaging and box(es), you MUST DOUBLE BOX your return products or the shipment will not be covered by the carrier’s insurance. Once it is all boxed up, make sure to remove the old shipping label or cover it with the new one provided with your RMA# and tape it down well so it won’t come off in transit.

  3. Ship your return to the address on your RMA#. We highly recommend using a method that allows you to insure and track the shipment since we cannot be responsible for anything damaged or lost on its way back to us, and we know you don’t want to be responsible for it either! Once we receive your returned item(s), we will refund your money to your original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to hit your credit card.

I’d Rather Exchange My Product

That’s great! When you call or email us (see #1 above), let us know what you would like in place of the product you received. If you choose a product that costs less, we will refund the difference minus any applicable shipping or return costs once it is received back at our warehouse. If you want a more expensive item, we will charge the difference between the two items. To speed up the exchange process, we encourage you to go ahead and purchase the 2nd product so we can get it to you right away, then once we receive your return, we will process the credit to your original method of payment.

What if my Product is Defective?

If you determine that your product is defective within the 30-day guarantee window, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one. If it is after 30 days, we are happy to help arrange warranty service through the original manufacturer. Call us on (678) 809-6233 or email us at [email protected] as soon as you notice the defect.

Can I Make Returns at the Store?

If you live in the Atlanta area, we encourage you to return your products to the store. First, we love to see you! But it is often easier for all of us too. Please bring an item you want to return in its original packaging, include all accessories and paperwork and bring your invoice too.

We Will Have to Charge You If…

  • If you return an item that is not in its original pristine condition, not in its original packaging, missing parts or accessories or is damaged during its return, we may only be able to give you a partial refund or we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • If you refuse to accept delivery of an item for any other reason than it is damaged, we will have to charge you return fees.
  • If you return an order without getting an RMA#, we may have to charge restocking fees.
