Yes, free means free! We offer free standard shipping on all purchases regardless of the amount of the purchase or weight of the items as long as your address is within the 48 contiguous states. (We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii too, just not for free so call us to discuss shipping costs.) We want your online buying experience to be as close as possible to seeing us in-person at the store, so just think of this as us helping load it into your car for you!
Of course, like any “policy,” which we typically try to avoid, there are some details we have to share to keep the lawyers happy and ensure that confusion is removed. So here goes…
- Free Oversized Shipping & Scheduled Delivery
If you are receiving a large item, the process is a bit different so take note. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window for your item(s). A person over the age of 18 must be there to inspect and sign for the delivery during that window of time. When your oversized shipment arrives, please inspect the shipping carton and product(s) while the driver is there. If the product is severely damaged, refuse delivery and call us on (678) 809-6233.
- YOU MUST TAKE PICTURES of the damage with your phone so we can see it and use those images in negotiating with the shippers. If you see minor damage and accept the package, add a note to the driver’s proof of delivery form before you sign so everyone is aware of what you see.
- Transit Times
Orders placed before 2pm EST will ship the same day and those placed after 2pm EST will ship the next day. (Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday will ship on Monday.) Once a shipment is good to go, packages usually arrive within 2 days to addresses in Georgia or the states bordering Georgia. Outside of that region, it usually takes 2-6 days for the package to arrive on your doorstep. While we do everything we can to get your package to you as soon as we can, once it leaves the warehouse, the speed at which it travels is up to the carrier. In most cases, you or someone over 18 will need to sign for the package when it arrives.
- Want It Really Fast?
We can send your purchase via an expedited shipping method, if you prefer, but you will incur the cost of shipping in these situations. Just choose that option when making your purchase, and we will give you an estimate of the shipping costs you can expect to pay.
- Items Damaged During Transit or Lost
It’s rare, but occasionally items are damaged on the way to you. If the product is severely damaged, refuse delivery and call us within 24 hours on (678) 809-6233. YOU MUST TAKE PICTURES of the damage with your phone so we can see it and use those images in negotiating with the shippers. If you see minor damage and accept the package, add a note to the driver’s proof of delivery form before you sign. We will then help you get a replacement product if one is available. Outside of that, if your purchase doesn’t arrive within a few days of when it is expected, please report it to us within 15 days of expected delivery. This way we can track the item(s) with the shipper, inform you of its new estimated delivery date or, if lost, get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
- Backordered Items
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, we will send you an email or call to let you know when we expect to have it back in the warehouse. If you prefer to cancel your order rather than wait for it to be available, we are happy to do so for you. However, once an item ships, you can’t cancel the order.
- Cancelling an Order
If you change your mind after placing an order, call us right away on 770-931-0606 so we can cancel it before it ships. If it has already shipped, it can’t be cancelled, but can be returned. You will need to call us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) so you can return it once it arrives at your address. If you refuse to take delivery of the package, we will have to charge you for the shipping costs of the product(s) both to you and back to the warehouse.
- Can’t Ship Internationally
To our friends outside of the U.S., we would love to ship to you, but at the moment we simply can’t do so.
