We Are Open

Like most businesses, we are excited about reopening but have to weigh the desire to see your smiling faces in person again with your (and our) safety. We are fortunate that as a small business, we are more easily able to control our environment. Therefore, to ensure your safety and that of our team, we are taking extra precautions above and beyond those recommended by the CDC. This includes limiting the number of people in the store at any given time. We may have to ask you to wait outside briefly while we take care of other customers, but rest assured, as soon as someone is available, we will show you the highest level of care and service possible. And if you prefer, you are welcome to call us and make an appointment and we’ll usher you right in. 

Starting on Tuesday, May 19, our hours, at least for the time being, will be:

  • Showroom: Monday – Saturday, 11am – 4pm
  • Phone: Monday – Saturday, 9am – 7pm
  • Private appointments available outside of regular showroom times by request.

In addition to controlling the number of people in the store at any given time, we are also:

  • Providing hand sanitizer at the door and sales counter for you to use as you enter and checkout. 
  • Wearing masks and gloves and would greatly appreciate it if you did the same when you are in the store. If you don’t have one or both when you visit, we will have them available. 
  • Safe-distancing from each other and ask that you do the same. 
  • Sanitizing any items that have been touched before and after use between customers. This includes items like credit card pads, remotes, iPads, etc.
  • Deep cleaning the store in the evenings and on days that we are closed. 
  • Monitoring our temperatures and any symptoms. If any employee is feeling the least bit sick, they will stay home. 

We will still be serving customers via phone and email as well, so if you are more comfortable asking questions and shopping from home, we are more than happy to accommodate you. When you make a purchase, there are three potential ways for you to get your items too:

  • Drive by the store and we will place your purchase in your trunk.
  • Deliver to your home if within our delivery radius. 
  • Ship directly to your home from our store or from the manufacturer.

We will continue to monitor the situation and guidance closely and make adjustments as needed. If you have any questions, just give us a call.
