The obligatory return policy statement – where we are supposed to present a lot of legal jargon that explains in no uncertain, yet overly verbose, terms what we will and will not take back after a purchase has been made.
Here’s the thing though, we don’t have a return policy. At HiFi Buys, we spend a great deal of time with each of our customers, getting to know what they want, uncovering what they need, and helping them find the exact right thing. We don’t have quotas or commission-based salespeople. We are incredibly knowledgeable audiophiles who want you to learn what is possible, find what you need, and go home and enjoy your purchase. We’ve found that by taking this approach, customer satisfaction is high and returns are rare.
On those unusual occasions when a return is necessary, we are happy to work with you. But know that our goal is to have no returns. Not because we are difficult, but quite the opposite – we want you to be so happy with your purchase that you can’t imagine living without it!
